Introduction

Posted in Group:

Thought I would introduce myself. When I was in my 20's alcohol got me in a lot of trouble. I sobered up in my 30s and most of my 40s but for the past year I have been abusing alcohol again. It's time to stop

Getting sober was easy for me, staying sober was the hard part! Congrats on having the courage to come back and try again. As long as you are breathing you have a chance at living your life the way you deserve... happy! One day at a time... thats all you have to worry about... one day at a time.

There are many who are here to help and support you.. im glad to see you are reaching out *smiles

I will keep you in my prayers and dont hesitate to ask if there is anything i can do to help along the way....

Each and every day we dont drink or use is a miracle... how does it feel to you to be a miracle? *grins

Dont give up before the miracle happens!

The greatest thin g is you know how it was being sober for so long!...try and reflect on the differences between being sober to when your drinking!..being sober must out weigh the drinking!...you can do!.."one day at a time"...good luck...god bless!!...
